Fundamental Applied Biology Adds $21M In Series B
Menlo Park-based Funamental Applied Biology said today that it has completed a $21M, Series B funding. The round came from SV Life Sciences and Alta Partners. Fundamental Applied Biology said the financing will be used to produce drugs and vaccines using its protein synthesis technology. David Mack of Alta Partners joins the board as part of the funding.
