Genesys Acquire Informiam
Daly City-based Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, which is owned by Alcatel-Lucent, said Tuesday that it has acquired Informiam LLC, a company which develops software for optimization customer service operations. Financial terms of the all cash deal were not disclosed. Informiam is based in Atlanta, Georgia with R&D in Torondo, Canada. Informiam employs 45.
