Genesys Acquires Altocloud
San Francisco-based contact center solutions provider Genesys said today that it has acquired Galway, Ireland-based Altocloud Ltd., a provider of analytics software. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Genesys says that Altocloud uses artificial intelligence and machine learning in the "customer journey" area, covering marketing, sales, and service. Genesys is led by CEO Paul Segre.
