Genesys Acquires Silver Lining Solutions
San Francisco-based Genesys, a developer of customer experience and contact center software, announced this morning that it has acquired UK-based Silver Lining Solutions Ltd.. Silver Lining is a developer of employee performance optimization software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Silver Lining was based in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and was founded in 2001.
