Glu Mobile Completes MIG Acquisition
San Mateo-based Glu Mobile said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Beijing Zhangzhong MIG Information Technology Co. Ltd. ("MIG"). MIG is a developer and publisher of mobile games in the Chinese market. The deal had been announced at the end of November. At that time, Glu Mobile had said the deal was worth $14.7M in cash plus up to $25M in earnout. The deal adds approximately 80 employees to Glu's team.
