Trend Micro Completes Mobile Armor Buy
Cupertino-based Trend Micro said today that it has completed its acquisition of Mobile Armor. The acquisition had originally been announced on November 29, 2010. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Trend Micro said the acquisition would extend its data protection portfolio. Mobile Armor was based in St. Louis, Missouri.
