VentureBeat Raises $320K
Fremont-based VentureBeat, an online blog web site covering venture capital and high tech news, said today that the firm has raised $320K in a seed funding round. According to Matt Marshall, the site's founder, the round came from Georges Harik, an early employee at Google ; Aydin Senkut, an angel investor at Felicis Ventures; Mike Brown, of Foundation Capital; Philippe Cases; MHS Capital; Amidzad; and White Sand Group, among others.
