San Mateo-based
RingCentral, the provider of cloud-based, business phone services, said this week that it has raised $10M in a Series D funding round. The round was led by
Scale Venture Partners, and also included prior investors
Sequoia Capital,
Khosla Ventures, Cisco, DAG Ventures, and
Silicon Valley Bank. RingCentral said the funding will go towards growth and new products. The firm has now raised over $55M in funding. RingCentral is headed by
Vlad Shmunis.
