Ampro Acquired by ADLINK Technology
San Jose-based Ampro Computers said Friday that it has accepted an offer to be acquired by Taiwanese firm ADLINK Technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ampro Computers is a developer of embedded, board-level computers, used in the medical electronics, defense, industrial control, retail device, avionics, and other industries. ADLINK is a test and measurement, and other embedded computer products and is headquartered in Taiwan.
