Optomai Acquired By M/A-COM
Sunnyvale-based Optomai, a semiconductor firm developing integrated circuits and modules for 40Gbps and 100Gbps fiber optic networks, has been acquired by M/A-COM Technology Solutions. M/A Technology Solutions announced the buy Tuesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Optomai was headed by Vivek Rajgarhia, who now has become General Manager of M/A-COM Technology's Optoelectronics business unit.
