Seesmic Acquires Twhirl
San Francisco-based Seesmic, the video email and messaging service run by Loic Le Meur, said Friday that it has acquired Twhirl, a maker of software for connecting with instant messaging services Twitter, Pownce, and Jaiku. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Seesmic, Marco Kaiser, the creater of Twhirl, will become a member of Seesmic's team along with the acquisition.
