eMeter Connects With $12M For Utility Software
Redwood City-based eMeter said Monday night that it has raised $12.5M in a funding round, led by Siemens Corporation. The round also included Foundation Capital and DBL Investors. eMeter develops software used for electric, gas, and water utilities. eMeter said the funding would allow the firm to invest in its core software and infrastructure and pursue potential strategic initiatives.
