SupportSoft Buys YourTechOnline.com
Redwood City-based SupportSoft, which develops software and services for customer support, said Monday that it has acquired YourTechOnline.com, a Canadian provider of technology services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. YourTechNoline is based in Kelowna, British Columbia, and was founded in 2000; the firm offers remote technology services and support from work-at-home agents.
