Informatica Completes Identity Systems Buy
Redwood city-based Informatica has completed its acquisition of Nokia's Identity Systems unit, the firms said Thursday, in a deal which was worth $85M in cash. The deal had originally been announced April 17th. Identity Systems develops software for data cleansing of databases, specifically for finding and eliminating duplicate information.
