Onvaio Acquired By Michigan Firm
Los Gatos-based Onvaio, a small provider of IT and outsourcing services, has been acquired by a Michigan firm, TechTeam Global. TechTeam said Onvaio had revenues of $1.7M in 2007. Onvaio provides IT outsourcing services based on operations in the Phillippines. TechTeam Global is a publicly traded provider of information technology and outsourcing services.
