Autodesk Completes Moldflow Buy
San Rafael-based Autodesk said this morning that it has taken ownership of Moldflow Corporation, after 81.32% of the firm's shares were tendered in its acquisition offer. The $297M deal was originally announced on May 2nd, and was worth $22 per share of Moldflow. Moldflow is a developer of software for the injection molding business, and is based in Framingham, Mass.
