Autodesk Completes 3D Geo Buy
San Rafael-based Autodesk said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of 3D GEo GmbH, a developer of 3D urban modeling software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Autodesk said it was buying substantially all of the assets of 3D Geo, which makes software for modeling urban environments, in early August.
