Autodesk Completes ALGOR Buy
San Rafael-based Autodesk announced this morning that it has completed its $34M acquisition of ALGOR, Inc., a developer of analysis and simulation software. Autodesk had announced its acquisition of ALGOR in December. ALGOR will become part of Autodesk's digital prototyping products. ALGOR's software was used for thermal and fluid flow analysis in products. Autodesk is a developer of computer aided design software.
