Rohati Systems Takes $12M
Sunnyvale-based Rohati Systems said Monday that it has secured $12M in a second round of funding. The funding came from Series A investors Foundation Capital and Matrix Partners. Rohati Systems is a developer of access control products. Rohati said that the round brings the company's total raised to $22.6M. The new funding will go towards marketing, sales and support, and further development.
