FunnyorDie Shuts BlueCollarorDie
Palo Alto-based online content startup FunnyorDie, which is venture backed by Sequoia Capital and DAG Ventures, has shut down BlueCollarorDie, the online comedy site which featured comedy from Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy. The news was first reported by the Hollywood Reporter. BlueCollarOrDie was a spinoff of FunnyOrDie, the comedy site headed by comedian Will Ferrell, and was among the many "Or Die" sites run by the firm--including ShredOrDie, PwnOrDie, and EatDrinkOrDie. BlueCollarOrDie had recently been renamed KungFuTodd.
