SonicWall Opens Indian Facility
SonicWALL Inc., a provider of networking products and firewalls, revealed Tuesday that it has officially opened an Engineering and TAC Facility in Bangalore, India. In a related move, the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based has designated Abhay Solapurkar as vice president of world support and general manager of India operations. According to SonicWALL, the new facility should help grow its enterprise-class product lines and improve its customer service levels. SonicWALL said the new facility provides engineering, quality assurance and customer support for those enterprise-class offerings, including the Aventail Secure Remote Access and Email Security lines and the Network Security Appliance series.
