Flickr Overhauls Mobile Site
Yahoo's photo sharing site, Flickr, said Thursday that the site has overhauled it mobile site, adding the ability to play Flickr videos on the phone, and a new, slicker interface. The photo sharing site said that the video playback will be able to serve content to a wide variety of phones, screen sizes, and codecs, starting with support for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The updated mobile site requires smart phones with Webkit, Firefox Mobile, and Opera Mini support, in addition to the iPhone.
