Digg Chops Headcount
Digg CEO Jay Adelson announced this morning on the firm's blog, that the firm is making headcount reductions at the social news site. Size of the cut was not disclosed. According to Adelson, the move was a result of the current economic climate, and a decision to "take a more conservative approach" to the firm's expansion plans. The firm is now looking to reach profitability "within the year," according to Adelson.
