About.me Buys Wefollow
San Francisco-based About.me, an online service which lets users create their own, one-page profile about themselves on the Internet, said Tuesday that it has acquired Wefollow, an online directory of people other users can follow from their interests. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Wefollow was created by Jeff Hodsdon and Kevin Rose, both of Digg, and was sold back to Hodsdon after Digg was sold in 2012.
