Krugle, a developer of source code maintenance and search tools, has been acquired by San Mateo-based Aragon Consulting Group, Aragon said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Aragon said that it will use Krugle's technology to advance its software development outsourcing services. Krugle was venture backed by Emergence Capital Partners, First Round Capital, Omidyar Network and Rustic Canyon Partners. Krugle operates the Krugle.org open source search service, which Aragon said it will continue to actively support, along with Krugle's enterprise products.
