Glam Media, a publisher of online content, said Monday that the firm has raised $10M in new funding from Mizuho Venture Capital, a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Mizuho Bank. According to Glam, the new funding came in conjunction with a new joint venture for a Japanese venture with ad agencies Dentus and ADk, magazines Shogagukan and Syueisya, and publisher NikkeiBP. The firm said the new funding will go both towards continued expansion in the U.S., as well as towards international growth.
