Scalent Gains $12M
Palo Alto-based Scalent Systems, a developer of enterprise virtualization, cloud computing, and monitoring software, has raised $12M in an ongoing, $16.24M funding round, according to a regulatory filing form the firm. According to the firm's filing, the funding came on April 22nd. Scalent has previously raised funding from Hummer Winblad, JK&B Capital, Firstmark Capital, and Credit Suisse.
