San Mateo-based Veodia, a provider of business focused video recording tools, said yesterday that it has acquired ScreenToaster, which makes software for capturing screen activity. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ScreenToaster was founded by Marco Fucci and Elie Curetti, and was based in Paris. Veodia is venture backed by Clearstone Venture Partners and D.E. Shaw Group.
