Adobe Buys Business Catalyst
San Francisco-based Business Catalyst, a developer of tools for managing web sites, has been acquired by Adobe. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The acquisition was disclosed on Business Catalyst's web site Monday. Business Catalyst said the firm's management team will remain intact after the buy, and that there were no changes planned for the service or pricing.
