Apple Taps Intel For Legal Head
Cupertino-based Apple has hired away Intel's general counsel, the firm reported this morning. According to Apple, it has hired Bruce Sewell, formerly Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Intel, as its General Counsel and Senior Vice President of legal and Government Affairs. Sewell is replacing Daniel Cooperman, who the firm says is retiring in September. Sewell reports to Steve Jobs. Sewell had been at Intel since 1995, and was previously at Brown and Bain PC.
