IPWireless Snags $15.5M
San Francisco-based IPWireless, a manufacturer of 3GPP equipment for the mobile broadband market, announced this morning that it has raised $15.5M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by Spark Capital. The company said the funding will go towards accelerating sales of its products into both government and commercial markets. IPWireless said its customers include companies like T-Mobile, and New York City's Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
