IPWireless Acquired By General Dynamics
San Bruno-based IPWireless, a developer of 3G and 4G LTE wireless broadband network equipment aimed at the military and first responder market, has been acquired by General Dynamics. Financial terms of the cash deal were not disclosed. IPWireless was venture backed by Spark Capital and Sprint Nextel. IPWireless had around 90 employees.
