Callidus Software Acquires ActekSoft
San Jose-based Callidus Software, a developer of sales performance management software, said late Tuesday that it has acquired ActekSoft, a developer of sales commission tracking and compliance software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. ActekSoft was based in Birmingham, Alabama.
