Intersil Buys Techwell
Milpitas-based Intersil said earlier this week that it has acquired San Jose-based Techwell, in a deal worth around $370M. The deal was worth $18.50 per share of Techwell in cash. Techwell develops mixed signal video products for the security and auto market.
