SyntheSys Research Acquired By Tektronix
Menlo Park-based SyntheSys Research, developer of the BERTScope tools used for high speed signal integrity testing and measurement, has been acquired by Tektronix. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. SyntheSys Research was founded in 1989. The firm's instruementation is used by the computer, storage and communications industries.
