Sunnyvale-based network attached storage provider NetApp said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Bycast, a provider of object based storage products. Bycast was headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. NetApp had originally announced the acquisition on April 7th. The company said that Bycast's former headquarters have become NetApp's Vancouver Technology Center, and will continue to be responsible for existing Bycast products and future product development. No financial terms of the acquisition have been released.
