The deal was worth $3.4M in cash plus $1.75M in a promissory note due Jan 2, 2011, plus 1,608,040 shares of UAHC's common stock. Pulse Systems focuses on precision, lsaer-cutting of thin-wall tubular medtal components, sub-assemblies, and implants used in the cardiovascular market. The firm has revenues of approximately $9.2M for its fiscal year, ended December 31, 2009.
