Cisco said Thursday that they are investing $250,000 in startup
Ambiq Micro, the winner of the firms' Global Business Plan Competition for university and business shcool students. The firms said that Ambiq is developing next generation, energy-efficient microcontrollers. DFJ also said it is continuing due diligence on OsComp Systems, DeliWorm, GlucaGo, MicroMed, SiliconReef, and ios Financial, due to the strength of those firms' plans.
