Zynga Buys Conduit Labs
San Francisco-based social gaming firm Zynga has acquired Conduit Labs, the Boston-based social gaming developer, the firm said today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Zynga, Conduit Labs will become Zynga Boston, a new game studio focused on product development. Conduit was headed by Nabeel Hyatt, and was venture backed by Charles River Ventures and Prism VentureWorks, having raised around $8.5M in funding.
