San Mateo-based
Conduit, the developer of toolbar and browser apps, said today that it has acquired
Wibiya, a web publishing platform which provides web apps to such sites as TheStreet.com, TheOnion.com, and Philly.com. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Conduit said Wibiya provided web apps for more than 120,000 publishers, reaching more than 200 million users.
