Redwood City-based Shutterfly said this morning that it has acquired a Texas-based commercial print operator, WMSG. Shutterfly said it would pay $6M in cash form certain assets and liabilities of WMSG, which provides services to digital print marketers and print-on-demand users. Shutterfly said it would help it benefits its existing commercial clients and accelerate growth in the market. WMSG's clients included Toyota and Dell.
