Shutterfly Buys GrooveBook
Redwood City-based GrooveBook, which operates a subscription service which automatically prints out a user's mobile photos every month into a photo book. Shutterfly said it paid $14.5M, split between both upfront payments and future earn out. GrooveBook had raised $150,000 in funding from an appearance on "Shark Tank".
