San Francisco-based
Scribd, which provides an online document sharing site, said today that it has raised a $13M, Series C funding round. The funding was led by MLC Investments and SVB Capital, and also included prior investors Redpoint Ventures, Charles River Ventures, and Kinsey Hills Group. The firm said funding will go towards growing engineering staff, and for product development, and in particular mobile applications.
