AOL Closes Huffington Post Buy
AOL said Monday morning that it has completed its $315M acquisition of The Huffington Post. The deal had originally been announced on February 7th. AOL said it will integrate The Huffington post with all of AOL Media and AOL Local properties; the new group will be headed by the Huffington Post's Arianna Huffington.
