Zynga Buys Floodgate Entertainment
San Francisco-based social gaming firm Zynga has acquired Floodgate Entertainment, a developer of PC, casual, mobile and social games. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Floodgate is based in Waltham, Mass., and will join Zynga's Boston studios.
