Jive Buys Offisync
Palo Alto-based Jive Software, the developer of social networking applications for the enterprise, said today that it has acquired OffiSync, which develops connectors for Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Jive is venture backed by Sequoia Capital and by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Most of OffiSync's staff was based in Israel.
