Nimble Storage Inks $25M
San Jose-based Nimble Storage, a developer of low-cost, iSCSI storage arrays, has raised $25M in a Series D funding round. The round was led by Artis Capital Management, and also included prior investors Accel Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Sequoia Capital. Nimble Storage was founded by Varun Mehta and Umesh Maheshwari, who were formerly at Data Domain and NetApp. The company said the funding will go to support the firm's growth and international sales.
