HP Enterprise Buys Nimble Storage For $1 Billion
HP Enterprise announced this mroning that it is acquiring San Jose-based Nimble Storage, a developer of flash storage products, in a deal worth approximately $1 billion in cash. Nimble Storage was founded in 2007. HPE said the acquisition will strengthen its flash storage portfolio.
