Google Warns Users Of Malware
Mountain View-based Google reports today that it has started warning users of malware on their systems, after finding "unusual patterns of activity" to some of its data centers. According to Google, it has taken steps to notify users whose computers are infected with malware of issues. The firm said the issues came to light when it noticed users were reaching the search engine through proxy servers, which intercepting requests from those users before reaching GOogle.
