Trimble Buys PeopleNet
Sunnyvale-based Trimble said yesterday that it has agreed to acquire PeopleNet, a provider of onboard computing and mobile communications systems for the fleet transportation market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. PeopleNet will become part of Trimble's Mobile Solutions segment.
